TURN has been serving in Riverside since 2004 bringing churches of different denominations and demographics together in collaboration to love our City and to build the Kingdom of God!

This is done by hosting quarterly meetings. These meetings include many different congregations from all over Riverside.  We share and/or provide resources and training opportunities that help local churches engage in collaboration with one another to serve in the many areas that address needs of vulnerable populations.  The vulnerable populations include, neighbors without homes, children and families in social services, elderly, and refugees seeking assistance in our community. We are a bridge between the community and the church helping expressed needs be met.

“Libby Collier and TURN have made a huge impact on our City by being a trusted bridge between the faith community and local government.”
— Rusty Bailey, Mayor of Riverside, California
